Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 30 July, 2026
Last Updated: 30 July, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through mohamedaboelnaga.com, operated by Mohamed Aboelnaga.
It covers e-books, self-paced online courses, live online courses, webinars, workshops, training programs, downloadable learning materials, and other digital content or educational services offered through the website.
Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase or booking.
1. General Principles
Different refund and cancellation conditions may apply depending on the type of product or service purchased.
The applicable product description, course page, training proposal or booking confirmation may contain additional terms. Where specific terms are provided before purchase, those terms will form part of this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. E-Books and Other On-Demand Digital Content
Our e-books and certain other digital materials may be provided through:
- A secure online reader;
- A customer account;
- A learning-management platform;
- Streaming access;
- A downloadable file, where explicitly stated; or
- Another controlled digital-access method.
Unless the relevant product page states otherwise, purchasing an e-book does not necessarily provide ownership of a downloadable file. It provides a personal, limited and non-transferable right to access and use the content.
2.1 Cancellation Before Access Begins
You may request cancellation before digital access has been activated or made available through your account.
Where the request is approved, the purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method.
2.2 Refunds After Access Begins
Once an e-book or other digital content has been activated, opened, viewed, streamed or downloaded, the purchase will generally be non-refundable for change-of-mind reasons.
A refund may still be considered where:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- Payment was completed but access was not provided;
- You received access to the wrong product due to an error on our part;
- The content is materially different from its published description;
- A significant technical problem within our platform prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period; or
- A refund is required under applicable law.
3. Self-Paced Online Courses
Self-paced courses may contain recorded videos, reading materials, exercises, assessments, templates, downloadable resources or access to an online learning area.
3.1 Before Course Access
A cancellation request may be considered before the course has been activated or made available through your account.
3.2 After Course Access
Once course access has been activated or course content has been viewed, streamed or downloaded, the course will generally be non-refundable for change-of-mind reasons.
A refund may be considered where:
- The course was not provided as described;
- A material portion of the course is unavailable;
- A platform-related technical problem prevents access and cannot be resolved;
- You were charged incorrectly or more than once; or
- A refund is required under applicable law.
Failure to complete a course, lack of available study time or dissatisfaction based solely on personal expectations does not normally qualify for a refund where the course was accurately described and remained accessible.
4. Live Online Courses, Webinars and Workshops
This section applies to scheduled online sessions delivered through platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or another virtual-training platform.
4.1 Participant Cancellation
Unless different terms are displayed on the relevant booking page:
- Cancellation made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date may qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellation made between 3 and 6 calendar days before the scheduled start date may qualify for transfer to another available session or account credit.
- Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start date will normally be non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will normally be non-refundable.
Any approved transfer or credit is subject to availability and may be limited to one transfer per booking.
4.2 Participant Substitution
Where appropriate, you may request that another participant attend in your place.
Substitution requests must be submitted before the session begins and may require the replacement participant to satisfy any stated eligibility requirements.
4.3 Late Arrival or Partial Attendance
Late arrival, early departure or attendance for only part of a session does not normally qualify for a full or partial refund.
5. In-Person Training Programs
Where in-person training is offered, the cancellation terms stated in the relevant proposal, booking confirmation or training agreement will apply.
Unless different terms have been agreed:
- Cancellation at least 7 calendar days before the training date may qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellation between 3 and 6 calendar days before the training date may qualify for credit or rescheduling.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before the training date will normally be non-refundable.
Travel, accommodation and other participant expenses are not refundable by Mohamed Aboelnaga unless expressly agreed in writing.
Corporate or customized training engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or service agreement.
6. Courses or Training Cancelled by Us
Mohamed Aboelnaga may cancel, reschedule or change a course, webinar, workshop or training session due to circumstances including:
- Trainer illness or unavailability;
- Insufficient enrolment;
- Technical failure;
- Security or safety concerns;
- Venue unavailability;
- Events beyond reasonable control; or
- Other operational circumstances.
Where a scheduled program is cancelled by us, you will normally be offered one of the following:
- Transfer to another available date;
- Account credit for a future program; or
- A refund of the amount paid for the cancelled program.
We are not responsible for indirect expenses such as travel, accommodation, loss of income or other consequential costs unless expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
7. Changes to Course Dates or Content
We may make reasonable changes to:
- Course schedules;
- Session times;
- Trainers or facilitators;
- Supporting materials;
- Delivery platforms;
- Lesson order; or
- Course content.
Minor changes that do not materially reduce the overall value or intended learning outcome do not normally create an automatic right to a refund.
If a material change significantly affects the service purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.
8. Technical Problems
Before approving a refund for a technical issue, we may ask you to:
- Confirm your account email and order number;
- Try a supported device or browser;
- Check your internet connection;
- Clear your browser cache;
- Disable conflicting browser extensions;
- Provide screenshots or error messages; or
- Allow our support team a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem.
Refunds will not normally be issued where the issue is caused solely by:
- An unsupported or outdated device;
- An unsupported browser;
- The participant’s internet connection;
- Browser extensions or third-party software;
- Failure to follow the published technical requirements; or
- Incorrect account credentials entered by the user.
You should never provide your password or full payment-card information to our support team.
9. Certificates, Results and Learning Outcomes
Course completion certificates, assessment results or other recognition may be subject to:
- Attendance requirements;
- Completion of required lessons;
- Submission of assignments;
- Assessment scores;
- Participation standards; or
- Other published course requirements.
Failure to meet certificate or completion requirements does not normally qualify for a refund where those requirements were disclosed before enrolment.
We do not guarantee any particular employment, business, income, examination or professional result from purchasing or completing a course or training program.
10. Promotional Offers and Discounted Purchases
Products or services purchased through a promotion, bundle, coupon or special offer will normally be refunded only for the amount actually paid.
A later price reduction or promotional offer does not create a right to a refund of the price difference.
Where a bundle includes several products or services, any refund may take into account the value of content already accessed or services already delivered.
11. Account Misuse and Unauthorized Sharing
Purchases and course access are intended for the registered customer or authorized participant only.
Refunds will not normally be issued where access has been suspended or terminated due to:
- Account sharing;
- Sharing login credentials;
- Unauthorized copying or distribution;
- Recording sessions without permission;
- Circumvention of security controls;
- Fraudulent activity;
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct; or
- A material breach of our Terms and Conditions.
12. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If you believe that you were charged more than once, contact us promptly with your order and payment details.
If you believe that a payment was made without your authorization, contact us immediately and notify your payment provider or issuing bank.
We may temporarily suspend the associated account while the transaction is investigated.

- You must stop using or attempting to access the refunded content.
16. Chargebacks

Fraudulent or misleading chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination, without limiting any legal rights available to either party.
